Is the jewelry waterproof? Will it turn my skin green?
Yes — completely waterproof, and no, it will never turn your skin green. Every Maison Varello piece is made from 316L Stainless Steel with a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating. This is the same grade of steel used in surgical tools and medical implants. It is:
· 100% waterproof — shower, swim, surf, sauna
· Hypoallergenic — safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin
· Tarnish-proof — the finish stays bright indefinitely
· Non-reactive — zero green marks, zero skin irritation

How do I know it will fit? What size should I order?
This is the beauty of our collection — every single piece is fully adjustable. Cuffs, cord bracelets, and rings all adapt to your exact wrist or finger size. There is no size chart to consult, no measuring tape required, and no risk of ordering the wrong size.

How do I adjust my cuff bracelet to fit?
Our cuff bracelets are designed with an open-ended structure, so adjusting them is effortless:
1. Hold the cuff with both hands at the open ends.
2. Gently bend the ends inward to make it smaller, or outward to loosen it.
3. Slide the cuff onto your wrist and fine-tune until comfortable.
The 316L steel holds its adjusted shape well. We recommend adjusting slowly to avoid over-bending. If you have any trouble, our team is happy to guide you.
Tip: Adjust gradually — small movements give the most precise fit.

316L Stainless Steel is the gold standard for body-safe jewelry. It's often called "surgical steel" because it's the same material used in surgical implants, medical instruments, and high-end watches.
Unlike costume jewelry made from zinc alloys, brass, or copper, 316L steel:
· Does not oxidise or corrode — not even in saltwater or chlorine
· Contains no nickel or harmful metals in reactive quantities
· Maintains its colour and polish indefinitely
· Is resistant to scratching under normal daily wear
Our PVD coating adds an additional layer of colour and protection, making the finish even more durable than uncoated steel.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's tracking page. Simply click the link to follow your parcel in real time.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you've made a mistake with your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@maisonvarello.com with your order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address immediately at no charge.
If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot redirect parcels in transit. In that case, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number — they may be able to arrange a re-delivery.

How should I care for my Maison Varello jewelry?
Honestly? Our jewelry was designed to require almost zero maintenance. That said, a little care goes a long way in keeping your pieces looking their absolute best:
· Wipe down occasionally with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils or residue
· Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemical products like bleach or perfume directly on the metal
· Store flat or hang — avoid tangling cord pieces by keeping them laid out or on a hook
· No special cleaning products needed — a damp cloth is sufficient for deeper cleans
